"Booked the property for a two night stay, was alerted by the property hours before check in that the room I booked had a plumbing issue. Took hours and many phone calls to reach a place that they placed us in another room but said we would have to be out of it the following morning then check into a completely separate room. Unfortunately there is a three hour window between check out time and check in. So we had to pack all of our things and wait. I work six days a week and this was meant to be...

"Its a great place and bigger than hotel rooms which is nice with groups for more room. There is no daily cleaning as its not a hotel but front desk staff during the day would try to provide any help you needed. (Towel, toilet paper, etc)
6-10 minute walk to Broadway."

"This was the CUTEST place. Such a hidden gem with a great convenient location with walkable restaurants. It was so clean and the check in process was smooth. There is a cute courtyard that is fun and cozy with some yard games that were entertaining to everyone! Parking is available on site. Kitchen was stocked with dishes which made our nights in so easy. I have already recommended this place to so many people and will stay here again for my next Nashville trip!"

"Place was just as described very nice. There was a little confusion about check-in, but it does have an on-site 24 hour concierge so if anyone’s confused why they didn’t get an instruction email you don’t really need one."

"Stayed at many places in Nashville as I return monthly. Many have been bought out and prices raised dramatically. As a weekday traveler I found this to be the right price and great accommodations. Location perfect and near lots of nice bars restaurants and shops! Parking not bad at 15 for overnight."

"It was a great time and the price was amazing. Had some issues finding and getting into my room the first day because I wasn’t sent the room number but was able to get in contact with the 24hr support team and they helped me pretty quick. other then that no issues, I would definitely recommend this place"
