"I live in Vancouver and had wanted to stay at the Delta so I could celebrate my big birthday. I let the hotel know and asked for glasses in the room. They had the glasses and ice bucket and a nice treat for me. The check in was quick and friendly Free parking. Had a fun evening dancing at Personas. Thank you. "

"This is the 5th time we have stayed here and enjoyed it each time. The rooms are being renovated and updated and look amazing. Nice and quite great staff, the bakery/coffee shop is a nice touch and Medley’s has good food and great staff as well. "

"The room was not clean, it had not been vaccumed and there was hair on the floor in the bathroom. There was terrible noise in the parking lot until 1:30 am, I complained twice and the staff only seemed to pretend to try to do anything about it. There was some kind of work being done. And the noise started again at 7:30 the next morning. The staff that day told me the workers were leaving, and then told me they had left, but the next morning after that the staff said she was sorry it happened again (I didn't hear it that night because I turned on the fan in the window and took sleeping pills)"
