"Great stay. The lounge provided a quiet place. There's an upscale Nespresso machine and bottle water in the lounge. In the room chocolates and wine are there for the guests."

"Well appointed, spacious accommodation with thoughtful touches. The bed is comfortable, shower is great and the tv is smart with streaming compatibility. The check in process was not smooth as the unique pin email was not received. Contacting the manager of the accommodation was difficult, however sorted in the end. It is a bit misleading to have images of the esplanade lagoon when it is 3km away from the accommodation."

"This was a wonderful place to stay and visit the Great Barrier Reef. The hotel is perfectly located, with a 5 minute walk to the marina where all the tours begin for the Great Barrier Reef. The staff were so friendly and helpful in the most wonderful way, and a special thank you to Jacob. The restaurants and their staff were so kind, and the food ever so generous and delicious. "Such an amazing location in Cairns. Rooms were nice and clean. Pool was great. Only complaint, and even then it didn’t affect our stay at all, was the restaurant played loud music a couple nights. But I would stay here again. "
