"Won't use this hotel again. The shuttle service worked well and the tenders in the bar were nice, that's the good points. Place is really run down and didn't feel comfortable. Our room was by the car park next to the monorail with announcements through the night with lots of noise. Had to switch off the air-conditioning as it was extremely noisy and couldn't leave the fan on without the light being on."

"This place has always been a favorite, they take care of their guests, and the tiny house was so clean and amazing. Great staff."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"Room was clean and bedding comfortable. Staff was always helpful. Breakfast was mediocre: powdered eggs, sausage not the healthiest, muffins store bought not fresh. Overall not the best. Location next to freeway; could hear traffic noise but that’s what happens when you are at an airport hotel. TV was the worse with no cable unless you cast your own device; instructions were a little confusing."

"The rooms are very clean and staff leaves chocolate everyday. Lots of gear available to rent and are many places to snorkel and boogie board close by. The pool is never freezing cold and the hot tub is amazing."

"Having a breakfast buffet daily was so helpful while on a work trip. We were there for 2 weeks and hospitality was amazing. Staff were helpful. Anytime we left the room, our room was cleaned by the time we returned. It made our stay away from home very pleasant."

"Unfortunately this is not going to be a favorite Ritz on my list - the hotel is good for those who want to spend all their time on the beach as it is located far north on the island. The room cleaning staff didn’t replenish amnesties (vanity kit, bath soak, water, etc) daily; the menus of the restaurants offer limited selections and some dishes tasted awful. The quality of service did not match the price."

"Breakfast is good. If you want to save money touring oahu, this is the hotel for you. Free breakfast, free parking, less than an hour to most attractions. There are a lot of restaurants around including jollibee. There is also a walking distance grocery which is like whole foods that sells hot food. As you may be aware, it is really expensive in hawaii. There is also a washer and dryer onsite. Will definitely stay again here"

"This was the best family stay that we’ve ever had. The staff is so nice. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and they prepared a nice welcome with drinks and chocolate. The Free Breakfast was so nice, and we ended up saving a lot of money by cooking simple meals in the kitchen in our room."

"This was a perfect place to stay. You walk out the sliding glass doors and are in paradise. It is a short walk to the beach where you have umbrellas and chairs to use. The snorkeling at the bay was unbeatable. We took a trip to Hanauma Bay to snorkel and saw less than we did snorkeling at the villa’s bay. I will never stay anywhere else. Totally worth the money to stay here. "
