"It was clean and had the basics but other then that not much to shout out about, area was a noises and a warning the walls are very thin, plus the communication wasnt great had a while for responses and even thought l wasnt going to get a reply, plus the bed wasnt the most comfortable and pillows in the room l was in was rock hard"

Booed this with Expedia on 21st feb It just happened that the day we booked to stay was grand national day, coincidence that they couldn’t find our booking, yes because they’d charged 3 times more for someone else to have the room with the grand national going on.. Staff couldn’t care less and even when we showed them proof of the booking they just didn’t want to know. Leaving us with nowhere to stay."
