"The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here."

"Very welcoming and friendly to us humans and our Spaniel. Charlotte and team made our stay very comfortable. Very reasonably priced stay and surprisingly quiet as adjacent to a road. The pop up burger van was a win as we arrived post Sunday roast time and thought we’d go hungry :)"
