"The location was about the only positive aspect of our stay. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, and we were informed that it would likely be several months before it was repaired. This was disappointing, as the pool was one of the amenities that influenced our booking decision. We were also frustrated by the breakfast situation. On our second morning, we went down around 9:15 a.m. and found that the breakfast area had already been completely cleaned up. The day before, breakfast was still available after 9:30 a.m., and the binder in our room clearly stated that breakfast was served daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. When I asked the employee why breakfast had been removed early, she told me breakfast ended at 9:00 a.m. When I pointed out the posted hours in the room, she simply shrugged and said, “Oh well, I’ll keep that in mind.” The lack of concern and poor customer service were disappointing. Overall, the location was convenient, but the closed amenities, inconsistent information, and dismissive staff response left us dissatisfied with our stay."

"While checking in, the front desk associate did not seem to understand how to use the computer which led to a very long check in. The hot tub and pool were not functioning and was not stated on their website. Breakfast was being closed 30 minutes before end time as we were coming for it and it was all picked over with not much left. Parts of the hall way smelled of weed. Very disappointing experience and will not go back."
