"Staff, location, and lobby area were really great. But the moment I went into my room and got into bathroom I saw one of towel has lipstick on it and few(2 or 3) of hand towels were wet. Other than that it was awesome."

Several amenities that were advertised on the website were either non-functional or unavailable altogether. "This place is a very different hotel in that there is no staff on site but that never proved a problem for us. It was very easy to get into the lobby and the room and both were very pleasant. The lack of a staff allows for less expense for the hotel so that more money can go to using profits for housing for the homeless, the actual mission of the facility (which I believe is run by a local church.) The bed was quite comfortable although it would have been nice to have had bedside tables on both...
