"We stayed 8 minutes and our credit card was charged 139 dollars. We made a reservation for a non smoking room and was place in a room that was in disrepair and not clean smelling of cigarettes so bad it caused me to have an allergy attack. We called the front desk and we were place in another room that had a trong toilet cleaner smell like somebody's was trying to coverup the smell of something disgusting. "The only thing that I didn’t like, there was a few things that I didn’t like. There was not a big variety of food for breakfast and the Jewish machine didn’t work. The coffee machine didn’t work and the elevator stinks. It’s the most slowest elevator I’ve ever seen in my entire life and I was there from Tuesday to Tuesday and most places that I stay cause I stay in a motel every week brings me fresh towels and empties my trash and they didn’t even come once to empty my trash or bring me fresh...

"Although this is A lovely property, it is definitely not geared to the overnight traveler. Found out that there is no complementary breakfast because they have a restaurant and charge for breakfast. Also, when we arrive, we found out that there was two weddings in the making. This meant that there were no carts available to move our luggage. I’ve been down this road before and know that the wedding parties will keep the carts in the rooms and not return them to the front."

"we would never go back after being greeted by an AI kiosk in the registration. area to check in that was awful we asked to be checked in by a person. the desk person had zero idea about the area or any restaurants to recommend. he was clueless. the rooms were nice inside. the outside was old and shabby and cigarette butts but with lots of flowers. we would never go back."

"The staff was definitely not helpful. I called multiple times on different days and would never receive an answer from the motel staff. They did in fact pick up the phone one time and without even saying hello they hung right up. I asked Expedia to help me and the business did not answer there calls either. When I got to the hotel for my stay the one person was outside smoking and on the phone and we had to wait for him to finish and come back in to check us in. I picked a non smoking area since...
