"The hotel is near the bus stop. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The room is a bit tricky for us but we managed. The toilet and shower were separate. The sink is outside the shower. If you booked it with friends, it would be hard to have privacy specially when getting dress after showering. There is no enough space in the shower to get ready. But price is reasonable and the breakfast is not bad."

"The view is absolutely stunning at this hotel. We picked it to be away from the crowds in the center of Lucerne and the hotel provides free bus passes during the stay so transportation was super easy to get to all the main sights and hiking spots. Great shower, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, razor and tooth brush which was really nice. Room was impeccably clean every day as well. We went in the summer and the AC unit was in an odd location so it didn't circulate through the room well and we had to make sure the curtains were closed so it wouldn't overheat the room during the day. Overall would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to friends"

"Very nice location situated close to the old town, shopping area, main train station and very close to a bus stop (Europe stop of 6 and 8 bus, if youre too tired to walk) which give you a balance being away from the hussle and bussle of the commerical area but not too quiet and away from your necessities as well as having a very nice view of the the Pilatus mountain and Lucerne Lake from our balcony. Staff were very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Hotel gave us our visitor pass that gives us free bus ride within Lucerne. We opted to do the breakfast buffet (lots of cheese and delicious waffles) which save us money too!"
