Khách sạn Willisau Land

"They mentioned it was an A/C which is not available at the property. The fan was not working either, when I said I would like to change the room the host showed me room without fan. She said open the window if u need air, it was supper hot outside. Overall terrible experience. Never recommend to anyone."

"Vriendelijk personeel schone lokatie"

"😊"

"Great room but many hidden fees. None of the prices for parking or breakfast are presented well when booking. When you arrive, they tell you where to park but don’t explain that there’s a fee. When you go for the breakfast buffet, they ask your room number but don’t explain that it’s 18€, they just write down the room number. All of these fees are they sprung on you at the end of your stay so you end up paying 50 € on top of the price of the room. Big problem with communication that has never...

"Excelente. Todo moderno. Tiene un museo de Formula 1, increíble. Tiene un Acuario en el subterráneo, que hay que ver. Una espectacular sorpresa"

"Great stay!"

"Wonderful. Charming hotel. Breakfast is very nice. Little bite far from the train station but well worth it."

"Location amazing. Price reasonable for lucerne if staying for 4 days since the fourth day was free. Housekeeping team absolutely amazing. Reception team were mostly great and helpful except for the gentleman who checked us in. Maybe he was tired. He also did not provide our lucer e city pass at check in and i had to ask for it from another receptionist. Not sure, but everyone else in the reception team were very helpful. They even provided us an alternative parking spots with reasonable price....

"Amazing"

"Room was kinda older but sleep was priority"

"Mooi modern hotel. Kamers zijn wel erg donker, en er is geen geschreven handleiding voor de bediening van alle apparatuur (inclusief verlichting) wat onhandig was. Grote parkeerplaats. Uiterst handig gelegen tov van de snelweg, maar toch stil. Mooi uitzicht over het meer, vanaf het dek. Prima restaurant."

"Aussergewöhnlich aufmerksames Personal, perfektes Ambiente. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das Minamo."

"Decent hotel for the price"

"Great sized room overlooking the lake and also One of the best customer service ever - very polite and helpful staff who also recognized one of us feeling under the weather and went out of their way to send us a care package. Would definitely stay here again!!"
