"The only good thing is the pool was clean. The tub in the bathroom was filthy. There was no phone in the room. In order to get In the pool You have to walk all the way to the front desk and get an Employee to let you in. Loud music playing all Saturday night. The bed linen had stains along with uncomfortable mattresses. The door to our room looked as if it was more than likely broke into. "Wen we returned to our room in the middle of the day the room was unlocked and our belongings were unguarded,
The house keeping people left the room in the middle of cleaning unlocked though it was obvious that it had a lot of our luggage, clothes etc.
We have waited for half an hour nd nobody showed up.
It took me 2 calls to the front desk and another 30 minutes till someone came to finish cleaning."
