"The rooms were very clean, Nick the owner is super fantastic. You could not ask for better service. Breakfast is great, I would like to see scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon added in the future but I am not sure if he has the accommodations to add that. They have waffles and cereal fruit ,pastries ,toast coffee juice an very cold milk. Air-conditioned rooms are great an work great. I will always stay here when in Colorado. "The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

"Broken walls, stained sheets, chairs that look so filthy i would never sit in them, easily the most uncomfortable pillows I've ever used, only one accessible outlet in the whole room, etc etc. The whole place is a s**thole. Stay anywhere else."

"Pros: The staff were all friendly and kind. The room was spacious and clean. The location was nice and quiet. Cons: The breakfast looked very unappetizing. They did have yogurt,so that saved the day. The picnic table in the back needs to maybe be replaced. That was the only outdoor area for gathering. We didn’t use the pool area. There was a small pool and hot tub. Overall, it was decent for what we paid."
