"The ceilings and vents need some cleaning and attention. Several leaks in building need addressing. I would appreciate amenities being restocked daily. "

"Continental breakfast was very light basically cereal, bars, coffee, juice. Staff behind thick glass at check-in definitely gave the feeling that we were not in a safe area. Although we had a quiet stay. The elevator seemed a bit sketchy. We are traveling with a one year-old and our room was on the third floor. We preferred taking the stairs rather than the elevator"

"Breakfast is fine, but staff are rude in the breakfast dining room, staring at us, even yelled at us to clean up table which was not sat by us, that table was not cleaned when we came in. No idea why the staff thought us leaving trash. Obviously he did not check dining room often."

"The staff was very friendly and when I had an issue in the first room, I was assigned they changed rooms for me really quickly. You get what you pay for but the rooms are clean enough! Id definitely stay there again! Note: people do smoke in rooms and it can come through the vents and make your room smell. I just told front desk and they made note of it in their system so that I wouldn’t be accused of smoking!"

"the elevator was out and they gave me two rooms on the sixth floor. This is after waiting in the lobby for over an hour while the staff ignored everyone waiting to check in. they told me the elevator has been out for over a week and they don't expect it will be fixed soon."
