"Hello. the location is ideal in Big Bear. My room was neat and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. They were professional and courteous.
A couple of maintenance items that could use improvement. The hot tub was not hot. There was a smell of gas leak in the stairwell next to the front lobby. The upstairs third floor bedrooms were very hot at 85 degrees. The hallways upstairs were also very hot. We opened the windows to get some breeze to ease the heat.
These appear to be all fixable...

"I booked a stay just for 1 night and confirmed everything. Got the receipt, cabin number, door code. Etc, early the day of the check in. Drove up there to find out that they double booked our stay and could not accommodate us. We drove 2 hours with 2 babies with us to find out that we can’t stay to a cabin that we wanted. "Same-day booking with same-day check-in. When we arrived, there was no office or property manager on site. We had to call to check in, which was easy enough, but their advertised 24-hour service was not accurate.
