"Clean room"

"Everything was good"

"I realize this resort is new but lots of things weren’t right. There were no ice machines on our floor. There was no soap at the bathroom sink. Our refrigerator had leaked all over the floor when we arrived. I bought a non alcoholic drink for 10$ and my debit card was charged $15. There were posters for decorations that looked cheap and there were supposed to be some kid activities that were non existent. The only perk was the location but that’s about it. Spend your money elsewhere."

"Staff were not friendly except Jack and Lilly in the dining room. Staff at front desk were very unfamiliar with activities like what movie that they were going to show. Also, difficult to get around. A very confusing layout with steps everywhere. Our room was short on soap and water temperature could become very very hot. Carpeting in our room was not very clean. Also. Lighting on our room was pretty dim unless you opened the curtain to the sliding door."

"This was advertised as a "boutique" hotel. We had to sign waivers for EVERYTHING. Check in took at least 15 minutes and there was such a crowd trying to check in we couldn't hear the desk clerk. The only really good things were the river view from our room and the comfortable beds. It looked as though an attempt had been made to update things in our room but they forgot to get rid of popcorn ceilings and bad art. There was a small microwave and a fridge. "This hotel was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! the indoor water park should be condemned. It was so dirty, there were used bandaids on the pool deck, people had dropped snacks all over the ground, and the children's area was absolutely repulsive. The outdoor pools were shut down for our stay because of a (ph balance issue). It was bad enough we refused to even swim here. We booked at another hotel and had to spend more money because our kiddos were so disappointed. The hotel room carpet was disgusting. The...

"The front desk lady was extremely rude. Didn’t tell us the children’s swim area was closed until we checked in when we had small children and didn’t offer to give us some of our money back. That’s the entire reason we went there!"
