"We stayed here at the end of Sept for 3 nights. The hotel staff were great, attentive and accommodating! The hotel itself and rooms were clean. This is a smaller hotel and it was in a quiet area. "Very nice Accommodation with a very nice team that helps all the time! We shall come again for sure!"

I would not recommend this hotel and would definitely choose somewhere else for my next stay."

"There was no staff available at reception during check-in, as the process is completely automated. Unfortunately, when we did have questions and reached out for assistance, we found the staff’s response to be quite rude and unhelpful. Another major inconvenience was the lack of an elevator or ramp to access the rooms. We had two 23 kg suitcases and two 8 kg carry-on bags, and we had to carry all of them up approximately 20 stairs ourselves. This was extremely difficult and is something guests...
