"The staff went far beyond helpful beginning with making reservations for dinner. The Belman put us and most of our luggage on the lift then ran out of room. He then carried the rest up the stairs and met us with a smile. The service at the hotel bistro was equally excellent and friendly. The food was delicious
A great one night visit, I wish it had been longer"

"The hotel is in a good location, clean and well maintained throughout although the rooms could do with some modernising.
Check-in and check-out were seamless and the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Very quiet and comfortable bed which ensured a good sleep.
The breakfast in the morning was very good - nice selection."

"客室は広く 清潔で文句ないが、立地が記載されている情報と異なる。Weil am Reim 駅から徒歩25分以上かかり、車以外のアクセスにはおすすめしない。また場所がindustrial area にあり決して環境が良いわけでは無いことは理解して予約することが必要。ただしトラム停留所までは徒歩10分程度で着く。帰りはホテルの人が親切にもトラムの停留所まで車で送ってくれてサービスは良好である。"
