"Only stayed one night and it was as expected. Not fancy but clean, and the staff was very responsive. I appreciated the free shuttle to downtown. They have a lovely green area with mature blossoming fruit trees behind the hotel and near the pool, giving a small buffer from the highway and a large space to walk your dog.
I thought the mattress was going to be too stiff, but I ended up having a great night's sleep. Great water pressure in the shower.
Parts of the hotel are a bit aged, but there were no obvious maintenance issues, and it seemed like they were on top of keeping things working. Except there was no fan in the bathroom and it was like a steam room after my shower -- that was odd.
The warm cookies at check in were a blessing since we didn't have time for dinner. "

"the room was disgusting and in the basement. the front desk was rude and dismissive about our wanting to move. everything is old and smells like mold"

"The staff at the front desk were excellent, as well as the bartender who was working Saturday evening. Breakfast was decent as well. The location of the hotel is great and easily accessible. However, if you are looking for a luxury hotel this is NOT the place. The room is just average. Bed wasn't very comfortable. We had one full size towel and had to go to the front desk for more. No ironing board, and the iron leaked water constantly. Had a USED bar of soap in our shower which was not removed by housekeeping. Shampoo was empty. We stayed on the fourth floor and had to listen to dogs barking day and night. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't let this dampen our weekend, however this is not what we were expecting at a Hyatt and would never pay the prices they want for this facility ever again."

Love the variety of restaurants, food, and drinks on property. Breakfast was delicious. The rotten real restaurant is phenomenal. Their pancakes are delicious."

"$9.50/day to park. Breakfast not inspired. Stayed 2 day; you room does not get made up unless you stay 3 days. There is a Level 2 EV charger, free. We were put in the disabled/accessible room - couldn't get the shade up (turns out it works on a switch next to the bed), closet rod was much lower than usual, so couldn't hang up 2 full-length dresses (we had come for a wedding). Electric outlets only on one side of bed and one at desk. No counter space in bathroom to speak of. Seemed like a lot of corners had been cut. "
