"A beautiful Hotel, it’s just a long walk from the airport terminal itself. Launch menu is rather unusual and the two times I was there they were out of beef the only hamburgers were not beef."

"Hotel is FAR from the airport. Had to take a long taxi ride. Shuttle bus impossible to find and hotel staff joked about it. They know you can’t find it at the airport. Staff rude and hostile. Terrible experience. Couldn’t get breakfast even though I paid for it."

"Nice hotel, convenient for travelers from Schiphol. Rooms are nice with plenty of room. Good size bathrooms. The staff is helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again. 2 comments: The only choice we had for breakfast was a very expensive buffet. We just don’t eat that much in the morning. This was the only hotel shuttle we’ve ever used, in all the places we’ve been, where the hotel shuttle driver doesn’t help you with your bags on/off the vehicle."

"Wat een fijn hotel om te verblijven! Moderne schone kamer en prima bed. Gratis parkeren op eigen terrein en een restaurant maken het helemaal af. Het ontbijt is erg lekker en uitgebreid. Ligt op een industrieterrein/kantoren terrein, maar doordat alles bij het hotel zit, hoef je ook lekker niet meer weg na het inchecken. Lekker een drankje in de bar en daarna een hapje eten, helemaal prima! Alle medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk."

"Perfectly comfortable hotel but with what looks like a work desk masquerading as a “business center” in the lobby I would not call this a 4-star hotel as it is classified. It is more typical of a 3-star hotel. I also feel the term “boutique” hotel is over-used and meaningless. Breakfast was 2.5 star quality with very few selections. "Absolutely excellent hotel in Amsterdam. About a 15 to 20 minute walk from Centraal train station, it’s located right along the water and immediately adjacent to the cruise passenger embarcation point. It’s a large hotel, great views, modern decor, spotlessly, clean, great linens, and the breakfast is absolutely outstanding. Very, very extensive buffet with high-quality food and drinks.
