"의자, 벽지, 테이블 등에 얼룩은 물론이고 상당히 상처도 많이 나 있었으며, 가장 중요한 이불커버 속 이불이 보리차 색깔에 가까울 정도로 누리끼리 한 색이었습니다. 샤워가운에서는 먼지와 보푸레기가 많아서 샤워가운을 입고 이불에 누우면 먼지들이 많이 뭍어나오는 정도였고요 쓰레기가 남아있는 등 기본적인 청소상태도 좋지 않았습니다....."
