"Booked the Club Room. High Tea from 2-4pm was great. Then from 5-7pm you can order off another menu. All was included with the Club Room. Expedia lists Buffet breakfast starting at 6am…it’s actually 7am. We had to leave at 6:30am so we could not have the buffet breakfast we paid for but the hotel had a breakfast box waiting for us at check out. Pool/spa area was beautiful. Would absolutely recommend and stay again. Very convenient to/from airport."

"A relatively small hotel by Dubai standards but well presented and ideally located. The staff at all levels went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming, with several approaching during our stay to introduce themselves. A great rapport was established. Excellent room quality and a good level of facilities. Breakfast had an extensive range available, with Yasser and team offering choice from around the world. An excellent stay."

".I wanted to share feedback regarding my recent stay at your property from April 9th to 16th. I have stayed in the UAE multiple times, and interestingly, during this trip I stayed at Hyatt properties in different locations—including Dallas and Oman—and was assigned Room 616 each time. My stay at your Grand Hyatt property was overall excellent, and I truly appreciated the service and experience provided. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding a billing matter. I was charged AED 700 for a couple of laundry shirts, which I found to be quite high. Given the broader challenges affecting the region, I had hoped for a more considerate approach. Additionally, at the time of checkout, I specifically asked the front desk if there were any outstanding charges on my account and was informed that there were none. It was therefore surprising to see that three days later, my deposit was released with a deduction for the laundry charges. I would appreciate clarification on: Why this charge was not communicated at the time of checkout Whether there is any flexibility regarding this charge I want to reiterate that my stay was otherwise very pleasant, and this feedback is shared in the spirit of transparency and improvement. I look forward to your response."
