"They cancelled my booking without a phone call or anything. So at 8:30 pm I had to go find another hotel. The only thing they offered me was they would call another of their hotels in the area to see if they had a room available. I am still waiting to hear back from Expedia to get my money back. Guess we’ll see how that goes. "

"Clean room, parking was good but calling at 11:01 saying check out is at 11 is crazy. Not even an 5 star hotel will do that. Understand check out is at 11 but when kids are involved it’s a little hard with timing. Mind you we left at 11:05. Other than making sure you leave at 11am sharp place wasn’t too bad especially by the hospital which we needed. "

"I want to start by saying these stars are truly for the staff. If it weren’t for them during such a difficult time, I would honestly give this place zero stars. The staff was amazing—kind, patient, and very helpful when I needed it most. That being said, the condition of the hotel is very disappointing. For a location so close to the hospital, I expected much better. The door locks didn’t feel secure, the rooms looked like they were falling apart, and there were people hanging around outside in...

"Esta a un lado del freeway por lo tanto toda la noche hay mucho ruido de los vehiculos. La habitacion muy sucia, los muebles llenos de polvo, sabanas y almohadas sucias y con cabellos, piso muuuy sucio, refrigerador con moho. El aire acondicionado casi no enfria y hace mucho ruido. "

"Need to close the laundry room early, people were using the laundry room at midnight and then around 3 in the morning and kept us up most of the night. Kids were running up and down. The hallway people talking and the dryer was making noises we probably will not use the hotel again"
