"Hotel was quiet and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with scrambled eggs, sausage, and fresh waffles.
It seems they are in the process of upgrading the property. One notable upgrade needed is the carpet in room. It was clean, but definately needs replacement.
It was fine for our family friendly need and we would consider staying there again"
"A typical hotel at this level. Friendly staff. The room we stayed was out of hair condition, so I had to stay in the bathroom with wet hair to wait for my husband to get some from the front desk:("
"Our room was very large. We got the King studio, and my husband was so delighted that he had his own little living room area with his own television on the wall. The bathroom was clean and nice, and the front desk was very helpful in helping us choose a place to eat. It’s in a nice quiet area, and I didn’t hear any noise at all from inside or outside. The breakfast was nice with scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages, waffles, breads, oatmeal, and other assorted items. The bed was excellent! It wasn’t all soft and mushy, it was just perfect as far as support goes. I would say medium to firm. Overall, great stay."
"The hotel was great for our stay going to Hershey. Around a 5-10 min drive to the park. The 1 bedroom suite was perfect for my family. We do wish the fridge was colder, the water wasn’t really cold and our medicines didn’t stay cold enough. The outdoor area was perfect to eat our meals with our kids and let them run without chaos. The indoor pool was hardly crowded although small but great. The room could be updated. The couch was ripped and stained. The shower had pink mold so could be cleaner and the vents and windows need to be cleaned. We would stay again but would recommend some room updates from the hotel. No more carpet! Tile so it stays clean 😂"
"The stay was wonderful. Hotel was just about 10min drive to Hershey park and 2min drive to restaurants and museums. The room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. Jackson who work at night was so kind and helpful."
"Staff was informative of the facilities. The room was a nice size and clean. The air conditioner was quiet. Overall it was a very nice stay and would go back."
