"The room was clean, the staff very helpful too. The free shuttle was a lifesaver, especially since diving was a nightmare, with snow piled everywhere, reducing the roads to only one lane in many places. IDK how they do it, but our driver was amazing. "

"Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, with high ceilings, a lovely kitchenette, and a very comfortable, well-designed space. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and polite throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only issue I experienced was being briefly locked out of my room due to a debit card authorization issue. While I understand this is standard policy and the staff handled it politely, it was a bit inconvenient to find out while I was already on my way to the room. That said, this was the only hiccup during an otherwise excellent stay. The room, amenities, and staff more than made up for it, and I would happily stay here again. "
