"Everything was great except the beds/pillows. I tossed and turned with no sleep before a flight. Also the shuttle only started at 5am which cuts it extremely close for early flights. We had to book an Uber so we could get to the airport with enough time for our flight. Lastly, the breakfast started at 6am so again this is impossible for early flights. We booked this hotel specifically for these things and were not able to even use them. We will probably book elsewhere our next travel...

"Was very disappointed that there was no airport shuttle. Not sure where but I read somewhere that there was one and to just call the hotel on arrival. Nope...added $50 to my stay. "

"I was overall happy with this hotel. They are undergoing construction right now and we were the room at the end of the block, meaning we were woken up by building sounds and drilling around 7am each morning. Without this, the hotel would have been really great. I wished the breakfast restaurant had an a la cart option, vs the flat $25 buffet, because I don't eat that much for breakfast, especially before a trade show. "

"The room we reserved on expedia was not available when we checked in. The hotel was very noisy, people running up and down the hallways until after 2 am in a Sunday night. The hot breakfast in the morning was warm at best and not much variety. The one pkus was the cinnamon rolls, they were hot and fresh. We stay at Holiday inn and suites often but will not stay at this one again."

"Everything was great including the breakfast and the free shuttle. Staff even gave us free bottled water when we checked in which was so wonderful since we flew in, didn't have a car and differences in local drinking water often upsets my digestion. Just what we needed after a long international flight."

"Overall, I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. One of the best parts was that I was able to bring my pet with me, which made the trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The cleaning staff did an amazing job during my stay. On the second day, they changed the sheets and towels and kept everything very clean and organized. Their attention to detail was truly appreciated. The only downside was the breakfast. Unfortunately, there was not much...

"My husband and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and found it to be very clean and quiet. The staff members were very friendly and Geraldo (at the front desk) was extremely nice and helpful. Excellent experience!!"
