"Disabled bathroom was not very disability friendly. The grab bars were loose, we requested a roll-in shower and got a tub. Bed was not too comfortable, but worked out. The luggage cart had a flat tire, so couldn’t be turned properly. When we reported this fact to the front desk staff, they just shrugged."

"Booked deluxe king room. Was put in an ADA accessible room where the shower was a handheld. Room in need if a refresh. Bed was comfortable but sheets had seen better days not stained but you could tell we’re old.
Stay was also noisy at night due to a bus of school students staying there. Maybe not put students rooms next to where other customers were staying. Staff were friendly and welcoming"

"Frist impression when a got at the parking lot wasn't good I saw some guests smoking marijuana and cigarettes at front door " like just hang there with friends " . After that took more than 15 minutes for the front desk person to check us in. The hall was smelling very bad because all the people was smoking right there at the front door. The room was oak just for one night, but need some make over to make better, I didn't went to get breakfast ! can't say anything about. I don't recommend this hotel."

"Positives- free breakfast and light dinner buffet available including one free alcoholic drink daily. Friendly staff. Clean enough. Good facility for conference (why I was there).
Negatives- I like to walk a lot in a new place and there is VERY little that is walkable. I walked from downtown Columbia/Univ of Missouri 2.5 miles along the interstate back to hotel. Thin, lumpy pillows were really uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep well. "
