"We stayed at this property twice in the last month as we toured Europe with family. We got a free room upgrade as the family rooms were overbooked when we arrived. Housekeeping was quick and attentive. Comfortable beds and clean rooms. Breakfast was nice with lots of healthy options. Location is great and accessible by train. We will be back!"

Room was Clean & tidy but no hand towels just a bath towel each which where changed after being used, basin is small for face washing, shower temperature control was very difficult to set the water temperature and when set would still fluctuate between to hot and to cold. Room was very cramped very little space between end of the bed and external corner of wall. Cooked Breakfast was okay but for us it lacked prunes and other prepared fruit. "I never received any check in information, I arrived at the property at 3:30pm and I couldn’t get into the building. I tried calling the phone number that was previously provided and I couldn’t get through. The manager turned up outside after I had been standing there on crutches for 30mins. I informed the manager that I hadn’t received any check information, he then let me into the building where he contacted someone regarding check in information. I was given a key box/room card/but no code...

"Very disappointing and misleading experience This property was extremely disappointing and did not match the photos or description at all. The conditions were poor and felt uninhabitable. The listing is misleading—this is not a hotel or an apartment, but a very small room inside a house, which was not clearly communicated. The check-in process was very poorly managed. We did not receive any email or instructions on how to access the property. Additionally, the address listed on Hotels.com was...

"The room is horrible they didn’t fix the ceiling and full of the smell of weed and there is hole on the wall the sofa is dirty and stained . I would like to ask for the refund . "

"No one took care of our check in. We waited for the staff to come for an hour in the rain but still no one showed up. Finally he guided on the phone to get in the apartment. This is ridiculous! The kitchenwares were all very dirty which couldn't be used if we didn't wash it ourselves. But there was no detergent provided. The washing machine and the toaster were very so dirty that we didn't try to use them. However the cleaning charge of £50 was still charged! We asked the staff to come twice...

"Everything was excellent! The room is really cozy and the staff would always provide amazing recommendations, the hotel is located near to a couple of tube lines and tons of restaurants as well of convenience stores. The amenities in the building were great too, we were able to wash and dry our clothes for less than 6 pounds."
