"Both room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Hot water was quite slow coming up which led to confusion as to which way tap settings worked, but plenty of it once it arrived. Also air con did not seem to want to blow warm air, even though set on 32 degrees. Overall a pleasant stay."

"Loved the feel of the hotel. Felt luxurious and loved the design features in bedrooms. Immaculately clean and common areas of the hotel were well maintained. Loved the pool area and gym etc. Was lovely to open the curtains in the morning and to see the horses all out exercising. Had a lovely breakfast overlooking the track. Easy check in and parking etc Nice comfy beds. Really struggled with the bathroom set up,looks nice design wise but not practical at all. Travelled with my teenage daughter and having glass doors but no actual door for the bathroom makes for an uncomfortable experience at times. Needing to use the bathroom overnight calls for you to go in the dark. Such an odd design feature! Despite this would happily stay again...but could only do so with those you are VERY comfortable with "

"We had to check out after being in the room for an hour - my daughter's allergies flared up so badly due to dust and dirt in the room. We were charged the full amount of our stay - we had booked for a 4-night stay - and we accepted that we would be penalised for 1 night. However, they still charged us for the entire stay. The rooms are terribly tired; the carpets have not been cleaned, and the surfaces are very greasy and poorly cleaned. Proceed with caution..."

"17 year old was not allowed to walk from the carpark back to the hotel room with 20 year old sister due to club rules. Parent had to be with the 17 year old at all times when not in the room. "

"Staff were friendly and a pleasure to deal with, they made you feel very welcomed, hotel room was clean and comfortable, very convenient location to public transport and all facilities that we required. "Everywhere we went inside the premises smelt of stale cigarette smoke like an old ashtray is laying around amongst some strange spicy sweet scent! The pool should be heated snc is way small and they could go with a heated hot tub! Don’t think this will be on our top 10 and I was also overcharged "
