Stayed several times , never disappoints, only downside is not being able to see the continental options , totally agree with table service for hot, but I like to see continental options before choosing

Holiday Inn Chester - South by IHG
Outside of hotel looked a bit old and tired, inside was OK. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
