"Upon check in there were 2 police officers in the lobby responding to a domestic issue which gave us an unsafe feeling. We arrived at night and exterior was poorly lit. Check in was fine, no issues, key worked in our door, front desk clerk appearance was disheveled. The air quality in the room was poor. Air conditioning worked fine. Spiderwebs in the bathtub.
