"Our room was brilliant… we stayed in a suite and it was spacious and comfortable. Loved the walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was stunning. The library was beautiful and the we appreciated the laundry facilities. To get full marks, the fitness centre would need an upgrade as it only consists of 2 exercise bikes… perhaps a treadmill and some other alternatives "

Almost nothing for western tastes, which is understandable but it’s not hard to provide better cereals. Also the first morning the coffee machine was broken and there was NO coffee. "Very pleasant stay! Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was eco friendly, which meant they only provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom. The rest, such as toothbrush, shower cap, etc were still available at reception for purchase. There was free 24 hr snack bar service, which included instant noodles, biscuits and drinks. A minor issue was the bed was slightly hard for my liking and the lighting in the bathroom was quite dim. But not a major concern."

"We had a nice big room with a wide window, good internet, and a big, if slightly hard, bed. The one negative which I take to be green washing is that the room was not cleaned which would be fine if the guest only stayed a day or two, but we stayed four days and the room should have been cleaned. "

"Nice hotel, you can tell hotel really took care of some of the details. If offers bath tub (with relaxing salt), steam bath (with levender smell therapy). However restaurant was not up to to the standards, breakfast was soso, dinner buffet ($1000ntd) was good at all. During dinner we saw some debris that was left at the plate area from breakfast, meaning they didn't do a thorough clean after breakfast? And no soft drinks for it's buffet which was rare as well. "
