"It was our second time at this resort. The staff and property did not disappoint. Everything up to our expectations as again we never felt like we had to wait for anything. One thing better this year was the entertainment. Although the venue area is small the quality of the entertainment was excellent. If you have not been here before understand the staff of the resort has been here a long time and are very efficient and professional at their jobs. Respect them and they will respect you back. "The hotel is right on the beach and a block away from shopping and dining options. The resort itself offers a large selection of food and drinks for you to choose from with some of the friendliest staff. The pools are very nice and all the views are beautiful. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone wanting to stay at an all inclusive in cancun. "

"I have been staying at ORP Privaledge for the last 8 years, and I love this resort with my whole heart. I can tell you, I'm not the only one. Let's start with the check-in. Angel was excellent. He had everything ready, so it only took 5 minutes, and we were on our way to our rooms. Plus, he explained everything and was on it with the answers to any of our questions. Next up, we had Ariz for our concierge. She's incredible; she's been my concierge on every visit since 2018, at least once, and sometimes twice, a year. Ariz gets it done. Anything I've ever needed or needed help with, she has made it happen. She constantly checks in with us to make sure we have what we need. She'll make sure we are good. If she's not in, she'll let us know who to talk to. Also, we got to take part in the Expidia dinner, and the food was next level. The chef prepared an incredible five-course meal with drink pairings. The chef and her staff were all amazing and talented people, and I can't wait for our next trip for this dinner; it was that incredible. At the dinner, we also got to meet one of my new favorite people, Omar, the resort's sommelier. Omar was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. We signed up for a wine tasting with him the following evening, and he picked great, simple pairings that made it easy for us to fully enjoy and appreciate the beautifully crafted wines we sampled. They have Ariz, Angel, Omar, and a great staff overall. This is my second home. Thank you!!! "
