"Easy access from I10, fast check in, friendly staff, average breakfast. Rooms need remodeling: exposed wire under the desk, old and very distressed furniture and out of date decor. Beds were comfortable. Probably will not return to this property"

"First room given AC was broken, and no plumbing worked. Got a new room, second room there was dirt caked into shower, and wires hanging out of the wall. Front desk staff was very nice about the issues, and allowed me to check out. Won’t stay again, but not due to staff. "

"Our room was good. Onlybthe bathroom seemed to be a bit half cleaned. Towels were not neatly placed, they looked disturbed and not fresh. We did ask for fresh ones. The property's perimeter needs a touchup. Front desk was nice and polite."

"We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."
