"We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service."

"First room given AC was broken, and no plumbing worked. Got a new room, second room there was dirt caked into shower, and wires hanging out of the wall. Front desk staff was very nice about the issues, and allowed me to check out. Won’t stay again, but not due to staff. "

"The staff was very professional and accommodating however the hotel itself was terrifying. Unfortunately i hate to have to say due to the kind staff and i also love the nola location. This one just needs a complete do over and itll be better. Halls smelled like ass and rooms were pretty run down inside however its bittersweet because they are huge in size fir the rooms. Just need to remodel and clean the funk smell out and also everything was out of order from elevators to the laundry room....
