"Die Rezeption war hervorragend sowohl tagschicht als auch nachtschicht, um so traurig ist das diese personen nichts für die sauberkeit der Zimmer können. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr modern und hat grosse schöne Zimmer, jedoch waren die Zimmer nicht sauber und auch im Spa Bereich das Schwimmbecken und die Sitzmöglichkeiten waren nicht sauber. Zum Glück war die Rezeption sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns ein besseres saubereres Zimmer gegeben."

"The 4 of us, two couples from Canada and the USA visited the Green Oasis and Spa for 2 nights in Mid April. We had a wonderful time staying at the hotel as the staff was very friendly and went out of there way to look after us. Breakfast was very good and the rooms were very nice. "The staff were incredibly friendly, and the front desk was so helpful they spoke English, Arabic, and Turkish! The hotel breakfast was the highlight of my morning, with delicious food and a very clean restaurant. I was so impressed by the menu options. The pool was extremely clean and well maintained, and the Turkish Hamam was just as good. The hotel room cleaning was spectacular, and it’s perfect for families and groups of friends."
