I came at right time of reservation at night he keep saying i need to come tomorrow of reason i dont understand. So nowhere to sleep the night. I booked another hotel and looked for refund but didnt find any in such option hotel.com app. "

"Yorumlarda en çok gördüğüm şey otelin temiz oluşuydu ve gerçekten de otelin geneli, odalar, havuz çok temiz. Odalarda buzdolabı eksikliğini hissettik açıkçası. Otelin 'dışarıdan yiyecek içecek getirmeme' politikasının sadece restoran kısmı için geçerli olduğunu düşünüyordum. Tuvaletler çok küçüktü ama odanın kalan kısmı gayet yeterliydi. Havuz çok evet küçüktü fakat yüzmek için değil vakit geçirmek için kullanılıyordu zaten. Yakınlarda düğün olmasına rağmen ses izolasyonu süperdi, hiçbir şey...

"The room is dirty, no air conditioning I had to beg for a fan to get it, a lot of bugs that I have been bitten by them, my skin has many red spots on it, bathroom bulbs were burnt out, a shopping bag with some food missed out after I asked for a cleaning service and the door room had been kept opened after that with the keys out in lockers even I had all my stuff there, TV not working, dirty bedding…others."

"Beware, this is one of the earliest properties of this cityloft chain. It is not ıp to the standards that you would expect if you had stayed their other properties. It needs an urgent rennovation and repair. Otherwise it will cost cityloft a good deal of clients. Air condition was only in the bedroom section nothing in the living room section, lighting was depressive, bathroom in dire need of renewing and enlargement. "

"Excellent stay in the Penthouse Apartment for 5 nights. Comfy beds, excellent showers/bathrooms and great air con. Very good location for getting around and near to some great bars and restaurants. 24 hour manned reception and they loaned us an Istanbulkart to load money onto for getting around on all transport."
