"We have a lovely 6 night stay at the Sultanhan, it’s in great location with such lovely and helpful staff! Our room was very nice with a pretty view out over a small closed off road area. We had some problems with getting cool air from the heater/ ac but we’re open the window instead which was fine. This might be a problem in the summer however which we would have addressed with reception. There is quite a bit of traffic noise with the window open but that didn’t worry us as it was to be expected in the central location. All in all we have a great stay and would like to thank all the staff for looking after us. "

"Everything was perfect ,Reception ,My room with a view on 15.th floor ,Jazz night at the lobby ( No music charge for hotel customers ) ,location ( restaurants,coffees around ,Price was reasonable ,Award winner restaurant at the roof ( Mikla ) .3 fast elevator ..the only problem is car parking ,If you leave to the valet ok but if you want to park by yourself electrical cars is not allowed at their garage ..I will definitely come again .Thanks ❤️❤️😻"

"Excellent service and very accommodating staff The staff at Seven Hills Hotel were extremely prompt, cooperative, and professional throughout our stay. We initially faced a small issue with the room that was provided, but the concierge handled it very kindly and even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Although we chose not to take the upgrade to avoid the hassle of moving our belongings, we truly appreciated the gesture. They also offered us a late checkout and were always available to answer questions or assist with any additional services. Overall, the service made our stay very pleasant and comfortable."
