"The check in was an unpleasant start to the stay. It took us an hour to get our garage key (wrong code provided), get into the room and then park the car in the stacker. This included two trips to the car to unload our luggage and several calls to the staff for help. The staff member was so patient. Unfortunately the phone connection (Telstra) kept dropping out in the garage and later in the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, and was clean enough, although some of the bathroom...

"Well there was no outdoor pool as advertised so that was disappointing. Also we didn’t know if we had to put dishwasher on, empty bins etc - a guide to the apartment including local cafes or restaurants would have been useful When trying to talk to the Comfy contacts - it was really difficult to understand them and they didn’t seem to understand my questions or spent a long time leaving me on the line not understanding what they were doing! "
