"This property exceeded our expectations! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay , staff was very helpful and loved how quiet the location was 10/10!! "
"What a gem!! We stayed for 4 days. Had to readjust our arrival and departure date at last minute due to typhoon Shanshan☹️. They even refunded our last day stay without asking as we had to leave a day earlier due to approaching typhoon. We arrived at midnight by train and the manager met us on site to welcome us and explain everything. Having a washer and dryer in one machine on site saved us! We would do a load of laundry every night and in the morning have clean clothes. Saved a lot of time...
"The location was perfect. Located in the Gion district with temples, shrines, the Hokan-Ji Temple just steps away. The rooms are very nice and beds are extremely comfy. Breakfast was delicious! "
"The staff was amazing. Extremely kind and informative. The property itself was clean, comfortable and convenient for it’s location. Couldn’t of asked for a better place to stay."
"Its a great place to stay with lots of bars and restaurants near, just consider that the door is close from 12am to 5am so if you party a lot not the place , everything else 10/10 happy would def come back!"
