"Great location near to everything and place had everything we needed and was clean and tidy"

"Laundry was a nice option to have in the middle of our vacay. Super close to the castle and reasonably close to metro and bus stop to make getting around easy."

"Absolutely amazing oasis in the heart of crowded Kiyomizu. Beautiful, tranquil, clean guest house with tons of space."

"So glad I found this place. Absolutely perfect location. Everything so accessible. Extremely comfortable with everything I needed. They even include hair straighteners! Super clean and technology enabled with numeric keypad so no key card to worry about. I had room on 4th floor with river view. Room is very well equipped and spacious with desk, lounge area etc. Very comfortable beds and room. Pillows a little hard for my personal taste and minimal space around beds but this didn’t detract from...

"Very nice hotel in a convenient location in Kyoto. About a 8 minute walk to Kyoto station, 3 minutes from Shichijo station, one block from major street for buses. A 7-11 a minute away. Quieter area which is south of the major shopping streets and tourist attractions. There was a little street noise on the morning but not overly bad. Rooms are large. Only 4 rooms per floor. Got a jr suite which has a nice couch and table with fridge, toaster oven and utensils. There is an Nespresso machine with...

"Très bonne hébergement ! Chaque chambre est un petit appartement japonais. Très pratique pour se reposer apres les longues journées de marche a travers Kyoto."

"Great accommodation."

"L’appartamento era praticamente nuovo e contutti i comfort disponibili per un viaggiatore. In bagno un deumidificatore sempre funzionante ha permesso di lavare e asciugare i vestiti precedentamente usati. Disponibile detersivi e lavatrice.. Un po’ distante dal centro, ma distanza ragionevole compenata dalla qualità . Se fosse stato anche in centro sarebbe stato da 6 stelle. Gestore disponibilissimo e pronto a rispondere a qualunque richiesta e disponibile a risolvere un...

"Our room was clean and spacious. Finding it was a challenge for the local cab driver. The breakfast was just breads but I enjoyed the mugwort rolls! I’d recommend that they add a washer/dryer to some rooms. Also, the sleeping clothes were a little worn. Mine was missing an important button. The staff were friendly but it could be hard to communicate with them over the phone."

"We arrived to Kyoto early, didn't expect the hotel to let us check-in but they did because the room was ready. The process was pleasant and smooth. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The area was quiet, yet very convenient access to the Keihan line and the buses, about 17 mins walk to Kyoto station and TeamLab. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Kyoto."

"Friendly staff"

"It was nice but a little on the smaller side. The front desk people were very nice and tried there best to help."
