"Check in was awesome! I was running late and so tired so this hotel made it super easy to check in online. When I showed up finally all I had to do was provide my name and was given the key. Breakfast was amazing!! My son had seconds and I know he wished for thirds but we had to go had a whole day of driving left! The room was clean and looked remodeled. It may have been the room we were given but the bathroom was on the much smaller size "

"We stayed for 3 days. There was no housekeeping. Our room was not cleaned, the common areas had the same trash on the floor. We did not see any employees except the person at the front desk. We only tried the breakfast on the 1st day. It was not sanitary and looked like it may have been leftovers from the previous day. The coffee tasted burnt. The hotel was not in a great area and we had an adjoining door with another guest. We wound up barricading our doors. The sheets had holes and black marks on them. The pool did not look clean so we chose not to use it. It was a disappointing experience. "

"The staff was very nice and friendly, but the hotel condition was very unclean. The sink in the bathroom did not drain. The toilet was running and making noise all night. The tub didn’t have a plug so we couldn’t even use it for the jets after we paid extra for that room. One of the beds had a fake eyelash in it. There was hair and other trash all over the floor in the bathroom and room. Just can tell they don’t have good housekeepers. Again the staff was really nice and we liked the shuttle service. They just have a lot of updating and cleaning to do. "
