There was a lot of construction, so we couldn't even access stairs or elevator in the area of breakfast. We had to head to the far end away from the breakfast, down the stairs, then go back. "Back and side doors broken only entrance was front door. The room we had been given had not been cleaned. Waited 1.5 hours (I have proof) for the clerk and so called mgmt. to find us a different room only to discover it had no shower curtain and the trash hadn't been emptied. Our keys didn't even work the next day upon our return. The blind was as dross trying to keep the daylight out, and you can hear and feel every foot step and door shut in the place. We only had one event with the dog...

"The room seemed pretty dirty upon entry. Staying there for a few days brought to light all of the issues. Stains on the sheets, scrapes on the walls, unfinished and damaged drywall, what appeared to be mold in the shower, broke tile, missing grout. All minor things that could be dealt with in a day or two. Add them all together and it just made for an unpleasant experience. The hot tub was over chlorinated. "The room was wonderful--clean, nicely appointed, and quiet. The bathroom was spotless and beautiful. And the HVAC worked perfectly. We saw kids in the hallway and at breakfast. But we did not hear them while in our room. And we couldn't hear the coming and going late in the evening or early in the morning. Perfect! The pool was warm. The breakfast was okay. The hot food selection was not wonderful, with only hot oatmeal and scrambled eggs. It's the one thing that this hotel could improve on."
