"Staff were lovely, lobby area was very nice. Lifts are very loud in the room every 5-10 minutes so you need earplugs, which they have at reception. The room itself was quite dated, decor straight out of the 90s, everything was very used and worn and the walls were dirty, in need of a fresh coat of paint. The carpet also had a concerning number of mystery stains and splatters on it. The free bus service to the airport was a nice benefit, you have to book for this in advance. The train station is...

"I wasn’t overly impressed. The rooms were in need of improvement. The entrance to this hotel is really confusing because it’s embedded into a shopping mall and metro station. There’s much nicer hotels in Osaka in this price range. "

"Perfect location and beautiful room. We were walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing and worth adding. The staff was great and we loved the gym. The restaurants and bars had gorgeous views. I would stay here again. The only thing I was disappointed with was that the hot tub was a part of the spa and required a purchase of the spa package to utilize so we didn’t get to put our bathing suits to use. But I probably read the site wrong that’s my fault."

"Quite near to transportation, even though it’s on a busy road, you won’t be annoyed by the noise. There’s buffet breakfast provided with Japanese cuisine and western food."
