Across the street from the commuter train station, 3 mins walk to 7-Eleven and 5 mins walk to Lawson's convenience stores. 20 mins walk to Universal Studios entrance. Very large and clean hotel with decent sized rooms and good shower. Good restaurant on-site too.

The hotel was gorgeous. The room was huge. We didn’t eat here for breakfast, but we did have the buffet dinner which was delicious. This is definitely a more premium hotel and the restaurant prices reflected this but there is a 7-11 next door for cheaper options. It was walking distance to Universal Studios which is why we chose this hotel and the train station is conveniently across the street.

Oustanding staff! A special thank you for staff helping with train transportation at concierge. She was extremely kind, friendly, professional and guided us to excellent miso ramen shops in Kyoto and train information from Liber Hotel to Hiroo station in Tokyo. Our room was very clean and staff took pride and great care of us and the room. Front desk staff check in was smooth, professional. We highly recommend to other guests and look forward to a future stay at the Liber for a return visit!! Absolute perfection!

Great family stay for USJ!

Amazing hotel for our family of 6, this is my second time staying here and will surely be back. Nice and spacious room, great onsen spa, and really good breakfast. And it’s right next to Sakurajima station so you can either take the train to USJ or it’s a 10min walk there if you feel like a stroll.

Enjoyed the window view, easy access to USJ, CityWalk, and Expo, complimentary spa, and the breakfast buffet was worth trying, especially the custom seafood bowl, simmered beef with tofu soup, and kushikatsu (fried skewers) assortment. Property was beautiful, staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean, onsite restaurants were very good and appetizing. Spacious room, but no drawers or shelves. Room cleaning was a little hit and miss - carpet was never effectively cleaned, supplies sometimes not replenished, mugs uncleaned during full service. Excellent aircon, spectacular lobby. Staff very courteous and helpful, but when advertised as English spoken, surprisingly few staff spoke English to any reasonable standard. Excellent location oppostite JR train station, adjacent to Expo bus station and easy 20 min walk from Universal Studios. Meal in cafe was excellent

Great hotel! Nice amenities overall, good massage, spacious room (the layout was a bit odd, but it worked). Air quality in the room was great (good ventilation kept CO2 down, humidity and temperature stable in a comfortable range). Across from Universal studios, across the bay from the aquarium, across the street from the metro. Very nice. However, getting into Osaka required a bit of planning and time. The hotel itself was excellent.

Ok for non-locals; we stayed 4 nights for our Osaka trip, and though it is located close to Universal, it is far from everything else in Osaka. Room cleanliness left a lot to be desired, and room service is not offered. Hotel is catered mostly for locals.
