Some of the communication was difficult but the staff tried really hard and we enjoyed the stay Hard to navigate getting to and from major stations and it snowed one day at end of March Overall I’m glad we did it for the experience to be immersed in Japanese culture. "The area around the property was really beautiful. Several things to do, we went to the monkey show which was interesting and to Edo Wonderland, which was very cool. However, this hotel is very old and needs to be updated. The outdoor bath was nice."
