"Absolutely enjoyed our stay here…very helpful and friendly staff, bedrooms with bunk beds which kept the kids happy, very clean hotel, ample breakfast options, waking distance to various dining options and opposite a train station. Would definitely stay here again! Only downfall was the pool was very cold even though we went in august. There is a sign that says no jumping into the pool yet some older kids decided it was a good idea to do so."

"Picked this hotel based on reviews and this place exceeded in every category. Service from all staff truly exceptional Location can’t be beat. Within walking distance of all the action. Even have a free walking tour twice a day that is very informative. Breakfast was the most impressive hotel breakfast I’ve experienced. Spa was nice bonus. Very small, but still nice to take a break and unwind. The ‘secret’ bar with a cool historic touch is just more icing on the cake. The only thing I could possibly say that wasn’t above average was the firmness of the bed. A tad too hard for my liking. But the rest of the room was above average. Linens were great and a free minibar refilled daily was quite enjoyable. Without a doubt, I will stay here again. "

"Luis and Pedro and the entire Bakia team deliver world class first class service!!! What a welcome treat. This team really knows how to take care of their guests in a first rate way. Generous, empathetic, helpful and so so welcoming!!! Don’t hesitate to work this hotel!!! We were stranded for 4 nights due to Alr Canada strike - their attitude was so refreshing and helped us deal with what was ahead as we tried to get a flight booked. Exceptional in every way!!"

"Amazing staff, we booked the stay about an hour before arriving and they were already waiting for us, explained everything in detail. The breakfast staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful.
