"We loved our stay at Kholle House in Stonetown. The hotel was Beautiful and the perfect escape to after a long day exploring. All The staff was fantastic in helping us get the arrangements prior to arriving and then helping us with a couple of the activities we wanted to do. We highly recommend."

"The hotel shuttle was at the airport when we arrived. We loved the decor of the hotel. The room was very spacious with included amenities such as snacks and plenty of toiletries. The pool area was nice and the pool was large. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good with alot of options. This hotel was the best part of our trip to Zanzibar!"

"We stayed in the Mercury room. The room was fine. The windows are coloured glass with no window coverings so it gets bright when the sun comes up. The walls are thin so you can hear outside noise but it’s not loud. Good air conditioning, fan and there was a mosquito net. There is a sort of mothball smell but that’s likely from bug spray. Staff were nice and courteous. The breakfast was decent and there was a nice view of the Old Fort. The hotel is located in a main tourist shopping area."

"We had a lovely stay at the Bellisimo. The location was great for exploring Stonetown. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Having just been on a safari, I appreciated the good laundry service."

"The room was clean, and housekeeping came by every day to clean and replace the towels. For the first two mornings, there was no hot water early in the morning. After I reported it, they sent a housekeeping staff member to verify the issue before alerting maintenance. By the following morning, it had been fixed, and I finally got to enjoy a blissfully hot shower.
