"The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The daily prepared meals were delicious and many varieties to choose from. Being able to book hot spring without leaving the resort was super convenient. Loved our family time here in Japan and will definitely come back again soon."

"We had a large Japanese style room. The onsen was good. Breakfast at the nearby hotel on the way to the ski lifts was a bargain for 980 yen!! It is about a 15 minute walk to the nearest supermarket"
