The area around the hotel is safe, we walked to restaurants at night. We used Cabify for longer trips ie downtown. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. "

"The property is dishonest, I have rent a room with 2 doble beds with bathroom and they gave us a room for 7 people located on the backyard, with one wall of a bathroom with tiles. When we asked for our room they excused themselves by blaming Expedia. Terrible, I have read the other comments but I thought it was not true. We lost our money booking there."
